Only the Best of the Best

I have been getting a wonderful response to our last blog post. We introduced you to Frontline Dental Implant Specialists and offered advice and direction on determining if joining our first-ever DIPN (Dental Implant Partnership Network) made sense for you and if it’s right for us. Frontline is an exclusive network, and we want to make sure it is a good fit for both of us. We are very selective about who joins Frontline, because getting the partnership right is one of the keys to our success and growth. As we have been talking with doctors all over the country, we have found that there are a few standard questions we should ask to help determine if your practice is Frontline-ready.

The last blog post discussed the importance of having a shared vision and focus. I like to say that if everyone agrees to drive in one car, we should at least ensure we agree on where we’re going. We also discussed how we manage change after the partnership is formed. I shared our integration process and the importance of transparency in addressing your team’s questions and concerns.

Today I will take some time to discuss the question, “Who are the other doctors in the network?” and introduce you to a key member of the Frontline team. As you know, the key to a successful network is how members interact and collaborate to support one another. Let’s meet Dr. Riad Almasri, DDS, FAO, DAO. Frontline is honored to have partnered with Riad. An innovator, thought leader, teacher and successful business operator, he is the founder and CEO of 1on1implantology.com as well as the founder and partner of FastNewSmile dental implant centers. As if that weren’t enough, he’s an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Post Grad Prosthodontics, a key opinion leader for one of the biggest implant companies in the world, fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration and one of just a few dual diplomats worldwide in oral surgery and prosthodontics. Finally, his passion for giving back to the community pushed him to establish the New Smile Foundation, a nonprofit organization where he serves as president.

When you join Frontline, you have access to one of the industry’s top players either through our mentorship program Frontline Institute or individual meetings and annual events. I know the level of knowledge that I have gained from Dr. Almasri by being in his presence and hearing him pass on information to other partners in the network. Dr. Almasri offers his knowledge, time and mentorship to all Frontline implant doctors who become part of the network. This is one of the perks of Frontline — doctors around the world pay thousands to hear Dr. Almasri speak and hope to spend a day with him at his practice. Recently Dr. Almasri hosted two of our Frontline partners at his office so they could participate in surgeries with him while receiving training in leading techniques in implant dentistry.
