A New Frontline Dental Implant Partnership Network Partner

Although my partnership with Frontline is only a few weeks old, I asked if I could write a blog post to share my experiences while I am going through the integration process.

I have been a dentist for more than 30 years and have been firmly committed to my mission of providing quality and affordable periodontal health. Restorative care dentistry has always been my passion. When I heard several oral surgeons and associates talk about Frontline Dental Implant Specialists, I contacted them to explore teaming up and growing my implant practice. Knowing that the partners within the Frontline family are all leaders was very attractive to me, hence my desire to expand this additional service to my patients.

After the partnership began, I was pleased to be able to maintain my practice’s identity and enhance the full arch division under the world-renowned group in Florida – New Teeth Now. This affiliation will allow me to serve a much larger community all over Florida and expand care to patients in Georgia.

Knowing I can still do general dentistry while ramping up implant care is of utmost importance to me. Now I get to do this with the support of the best in the business.

Frontline said they would review my current technology and upgrade it to be the best in the field. This is another promise kept. They have already started upgrading my technology and equipment. Frontline has provided me with top-of-the-line milling units, 3D printing and CT scanners. [Insert images sent]

Additionally, we are working on accessing in-house labs and learning from some of the best doctors in our industry. The level of experience and knowledge in our network is extraordinary.

My team and I went through Frontline’s integration process. The VP of operations and VP of integrations came to our office, met with all my team members and took a hands-on approach. They gave a short presentation to explain Frontline and how the partnership works, then answered all the team members’ questions and addressed any concerns. What I appreciate is the honesty presented from the beginning. For instance, Frontline admitted up-front that there could be some growing pains but said they would help every step of the way. My team was so impressed that one team member asked if they could invest in the company.

I think the future holds great potential for growth for both my team and my patients. We are now preparing to integrate into Frontline’s Practice Management and CRM systems.

If you would like more information about my experience with Frontline, please feel free to reach out to me.
