When I opened my practice about 10 years ago and everything was new, exciting and a little scary, it was energizing. The future was bright, and my vision for the practice was never clearer. Fast-forward 10 years, and I am feeling this way all over again. My decision to join the Frontline network has offered a new outlook on my practice. The newness and excitement feel familiar, but this time the vision for growth is more aggressive and the energy is at an all-time high. What’s different this time is that I have partners. I have resources. I have experience. And I have the power and knowledge offered by Frontline.

When I met Frontline, they were just at the start of things. I met with their management and listened to their vision of building a network of the best in the dental implant industry, all collaborating to drive better patient care. Frontline was direct and honest, and they talked about true partnership and growth through technology, efficiency and marketing. It made sense because it aligned perfectly with my personal vision for my practice. I have always believed there is strength in being part of a team. Having access to other people’s experience and knowledge was always part of my growth strategy. And here it was, sitting across the desk. After discussing the Frontline opportunity with colleagues, my financial advisers and my fiancé, I took a leap of faith. No looking back. No regrets.

The challenge of saying yes is that next you have to follow through. With transparency as my compass and Frontline’s assurances of a smooth integration of organizations, my team and I prepared for change. As promised, the integration was successful and well received by my team. Proud of my team and feeling good about my decision to join Frontline, I came to realize that not only did we overcome the challenge of change and growth, but I had also changed and grown. The unexpected results of partnering with Frontline were that I had new confidence and a sense of security. I felt calm and at ease, knowing that we were in this together and were exceeding financial projections and growing at a rate I felt comfortable with.

Let me give you two examples of a great partnership. When I wanted to present my new marketing and business plan to Frontline, their CEO, chief marketing officer and chief strategy officer set up a meeting and flew to my office in Ohio. They dedicated an entire day to reviewing my plan and then followed up to help me put the plan in place to reach my goals. When I felt I needed direction and mentoring and asked to spend a day with Dr. Almasri at his Texas office, I got an “of course” and Frontline made it happen.

Sometimes I am amazed by Frontline’s ability to help my practice even in small ways. We had been shopping for a 3D printer and working with a company on buying or leasing one. It was a large investment, so we were not rushing into a deal. I mentioned this on a weekly partners call, and a few days later I got a call from Frontline’s Procurement Group offering to search their preferred vendor members for a better deal. Guess what? They found one and saved me a few thousand dollars. This is what partners do.

Today I am confident we will achieve all the practice’s goals. Today I am giving my patients better care than ever before. This new sense of security comes from partnering with Frontline.
